BOOKING PROCEDURE

Reservation must be made direct to Asia Global Travels & Tours Co via email or fax.

PAYMENT

On receipt of your confirmation, full payment of tour cost shall be remitted to us three weeks before arrival of the client. Our bank account number is FA – 10-071-C Myanmar Investment and Commercial Bank (MICB).

COMPLIMENTARY POLICY

One person complementary will be provided for every paying 15 persons for traveling together with same group.
4 person complementary maximum per group will be apply irrespective of the size of the group.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation to a confirmed program, overseas travel agents or the traveler(s) need to inform Asia Global 30 days in advance. No cancellation fee is required. If cancellation occurs before 21 days of commencement, ¼ of the total costs shall be charged. Before 5 to 14 days 1/3 and immediate cancellation within 3 days or less, ½ of the total cost shall be charged.

CHILD RATE

75% of adult fare will be charged for the children under 11 years old sharing room with parent.
85 % of adult fare will be charged for the children under 11 years old with extra bed.

LIABILITY

Asia Global Travels & Tours takes all the responsibilities only which are concerned with our tour program. We take care of the clients’ satisfaction with tour guide, drivers, meals, accommodation, sightseeing and transportation. Therefore, Asia Global Travels & Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists, including those occurring outside the tour program. All the additional expenses due to delay, natural disaster, accidents shall be borne by the tourist. The above agreements shall govern to any tour program of our tour participants.
